This app has so many videos to help teach you about how to make sure you are not getting in your own way. You will learn how to manage your emotions. You will have weekly tasks to keep you focused on building the muscle of courage with simple ways to practice grounding techniques. You will also have the opportunity to ask Amy, (award-winning author and leading expert in how to be courageous) direct questions and receive her fortnightly video answering questions asked! You will have access to a tracker where you can count your streaks on how focused you are every day on growing your courage muscle and we will send you daily inspiration to make sure you are accountable to your dreams. With book recommendations and access to other curriculums, and access to a community, this really will be where you are able to become the you we all know you can be, if only you had a little more courage. INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS

The download of The Courage Club is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use The Courage Club app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
